Whistler Catered Chalets
After a long exhilarating day on the ski slopes, return to your chalet and let our experienced chalet host prepare a scrumptious dinner for your group. You can relax in the hot tub or in front of the fireplace and spend quality time with family and friends while your meal is prepared.
The chalet dinner service option is available for groups of 8 or more who are staying in the same accommodation. You have the flexibility of choosing which evenings you would like the chalet dinner, allowing you to sample Whistler's fine restaurants on the other evenings!
Our chalet host can also prepare a deluxe continental breakfast for the following morning, which you can enjoy at leisure.
The chalets hosts have numerous years of experience working in ski chalets in Europe and North America, as well as restaurants here in Whistler. The menus are designed to take advantage of local and seasonal produce for a true West Coast dining experience.
Services include cooking and serving guests, cleanup of cooking and plate wares and general clean of any equipment used on premises and loading of dishwasher at end of service.
Below is a sample dinner menu. We are more than happy to customize a menu for your party and discuss any food preference. Discounted rates are available for children 12 years and under.
Three Courses: CAD $65 (approx GBP £33) per person, per day.
Two Courses: CAD $55 (approx GBP £28) per person, per day.
All meals are accompanied with fresh breads and unlimited Canadian Wines.
Example Dinner Menu
Night 1:
- Fresh mozzarella, vine ripened tomato and basil salad
- Wild BC salmon steaks served with lime and chili butter, soufflé baked potatoes and seasonal vegetables
- Toffee pecan nut cheesecake with maple syrup sauce
Night 2:
- Proscuitto wrapped asparagus
- Beef slowly cooked in Okanagan Spring Ale, leek risotto and roasted seasonal vegetables
- Apple strudel and vanilla custard
Night 3:
- Caesar salad with parmesan, crispy bacon bits and croutons
- Grilled chicken with goats cheese and cranberries, served on a bed of buttered couscous with seasonal vegetables
- Warm chocolate lava cake
Night 4:
- Golden winter vegetable soup
- Italian herb sausages with caramelized onion and red wine gravy, garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
- Pears poached in mulled red wine with crème fraiche
Night 5:
- Mixed finger food platter
- BBQ night - Alberta strip steaks, prawn kebabs, fresh green salad and garlic bread
- Crème brulee with summer berries
Night 6:
- Wild BC smoked salmon salad
- Alberta Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and horseradish
- Sticky toffee pudding with vanilla gelato
